Neat clip! Orange Empire Ry Museum is in the process of restoring a second PE Blimp (Blimps are the subject of the clip except for some Hollywood cars) and will be able to run two-car trains. The one operating now (#418, a coach) put on a show last weekend by somehow getting its front trolley pole tangled in the overhead (fortunately no damage). The one finishing its restoration is combine 498. Here is her web page. The museum has one more PE Blimp with no restoration schedule.
