Were you able to secure the lower level of the Trans/Dorm for your meeting? Sometimes under special circumstances that can be arranged. Not for the public, but for a train related things such as this. The only reason I'm asking is because your meeting, if held in the Parlour or Lounge, might take up seating that others might want to enjoy. Unless the number of people in the meeting is small. I'm just thinking that if I were a passenger and couldn't get a decent seat because of a business meeting, that wouldn't make very happy.
