Utah Southern question

This past week I spotted the Utah Southern 3001 relettered WRIX in Spokane. This is a former UP SD-40-2. WRIX is a locomotive dealer located in the Spokane area, was wondering if the Utah Southern is still an operating Railroad or not. Can't seem to find any recent
information on the line and since they only had two units and one is well off line, was wondering if the line had shut down or bought new power. What little information I found on a google search was over a year ago, but didn't have time to dig deeper. Thanks in advance for any information anyone can share.
