We took the SOW last Saturday for anniversary event and were not impressed. Food and beverage service was slow (train was full - 365 people the announcer said), equipment looks tired (needs a paint job!), salad was showing its age (they truck all food from their Renton base to the train in Tacoma), main course was warm at best, but dessert was terrific! From now until May is not a great time to take the evening train - dark by the time you reach the end at Lake Kapowsin. Maybe the lunch-brunch train might be a better deal.
