I would expect that if the Tacoma thing looks like a go, they would move the base to Tacoma, no real reason to have it in Renton anymore and run up against quality and health code issues. Although with the state looking for new and better places to build bike trails, maybe they would be wise to rent a headquarters building rather than buy.
