After posting on this site for a while I realize that I don't know many of the others who share their interest and enthusiasm. Let me throw this out for consideration: How about if I make a small sign that says Altamont Discussion and tape it to one of the outside tables at Winterail. Those who may be interested in putting faces with names can gather for an informal meet and greet. Let me know what you think.
