Railroad crane in Eugene, OR

I took a trip down to Eugene today and along Highway 99 spotted a pair of passenger cars on a spur that went into what appears to be a former - but now closed - sawmill.

I did a Google Earth search of the area and found that there's not just the two passenger cars, but also a crane and derreck car along with it. Unfortunately nowhere to get pics of them.

Anyone have any insight into this? Google search hasn't helped me out here... If anyone's interested in the coordinates, it's 44° 6'17.17"N 123°10'12.48"W.
