The latest Metrolink Public Timetable I have is dated July 2, 2011. It shows train 216 to depart Lancaster at 1:30 PM. #14 should be somewhere in the vicinity of the Loop at that time. You must mean Metrolink Train #214, as that one indeed shows to depart Lancaster at 11:35 AM (unless they have changed public timetables since then). Yes, if everything goes according to plan, they would meet on the siding between CP Crest and CP Quartz where the Vincent/Acton stop is located with #14 taking Main 1 (southern most track).
