PV at Hearst siding today

Anybody know what PV was being interchanged at Hearst this morning at around 1130 hrs? I could only glance over because I was on I-680 heading south, but I saw a UP locomotive coupled to a passenger car. I don't know if it was coming from or going to NCRY.

If I were to take a WAG, I'd say it was the Tolani? I rode on that car during the AAPRCO trip a few years ago, and it sure looked like it. But I'm not sure what it would be doing over here.
