Graham Buxton's map is correct and accurate. It is so good, he should be hired by UP to put these together for them. I know it has been said here above, but I will restate the move, from start to finish here, using UP Sub names and directions.
Train comes North on the single track Fresno Sub., across the Oakland Sub. Diamond at Hicks.
Train enters the South Leg of the wye at Pacific (also known as the Fresno-Tracy Sub. connector track, curves to the left, and onto the Tracy Sub. at West Lathrop. Note: when train takes the signal at West Lathrop, it is then on the Tracy Sub and becomes at Westward Train for a moment. When the train gets the signal at West Lathrop, it backs up going Eastward on the Tracy Sub. for almost a mile to North Lathrop, where it re-enters the Fresno Sub. 2 Main Track CTC on Main Track #1. Train is then going back North again, then clears the Control Point and stops. Once the route is lined, the train then becomes a Southward train and crosses over from Main 1 to the Single Main at North Lathrop, for the short run back to Hicks. Train then enters the Fresno-Oakland Sub. connection track, onto the Oakland Sub. and then becomes a Westward Train.
