One important note : The doors to the theatre will close just before each show and stay closed during the shows. No entry to the theatre is allowed during a show. There is a clock above the theatre door; set your watch by it as it is the " Official Winterail Time " clock. The published schedule allows for a break between shows, usually 15 minutes minimum, to attend to personal needs. The lines for the mens restrooms can be lengthy, especially after the dinner break. Be sure to read your show guide to allow enought time and not miss any shows you really want to see. Be sure to stay for Three Favorites, just before the dinner break. You will see some WOW !!! shots, as well as some klunkers. It is always entertaining, though. OH, if you want to see the shows without a lot of audience comments, jokes, or guffaws, DON'T sit by me & my friends !!!
As noted above, the railroadiana show is big; either bring lotsa money, or don't bring your wallet at all. Beware, many of the vendors accept credit cards, too. There are several quality book vendors selling, as well as the Daylight Sales crew with their tee - shirts, denim shirts, and jackets. Winterail is one of the events where I update my wardrobe every year !!!
