Paintings of Milwaukee stremliners - circa 1950

Kroger of Cincinnati owns and operates several chains of grocery stores, some of which have dry goods sections. For the second time now I have seen Milwaukee Road streamliner scene paintings in their framed art section. Current examples in our local store include one with their streamlined Atlantic and a very long flat-top train; and a view predominately of a full-length dome in the mountains.

If a Kroger chain store with dry goods is in your territory, suggest cruising the framed art section. Caution; it might cost you.
