I was discussing this with someone today, and we both were scratching our heads a bit. It seemed to use Tacoma, the ships had to go further (of course not significant given how far they already sailed), and then many of the container trains were going to head back north before heading east.

But, George and Gulch, you'vdefinitelyly helped make sense of it. Thanks for the input. I agree, I hope Port of Tacoma road gets a makeover, but given how bad Milwaukee Way is, I not holding out much hope.

Now we'll also see just how good an investment the new Lincoln ave railroad overpass was.
