Add me to the list of folks that thought Winterail 2012 was well done. But the Tom Gildersleeve show too long...? Not a chance! His show was the primary reason for going this year, and I left that show wanting more! His time on the Rio Grande was well spent. Infrequent and unpredictable operations, unpaved roads and limited access made everything he shot that much better.

The showcase of Al Roses' work and the presentation about the D&RGW at Helper were both well done.

Of course, as I spent a majority of my time out BS'ing with lots of folks, those were the only shows I saw... Still, that's better than last year.
