Two (2) Amtrak Trains Stuck in Sierra Rockslide

Today, I saw what appeared to be the Amtrak CZ Consist passing through Davis at about 1:30 p.m. headed eastbound but the baggage car was at the end of the consist and not at the front next to the locomotives which didn't appear to be on time for a eastbound CZ? Did this situation have any do with the rockslide incident today on the Donner Pass route that the news is reporting? Are there any detours in operation on the Feather River line in response to it.
