TO: Almighty God, Ms. Mother Nature, Mr. North Wind, Zues, Buddah, The Great Spirit, et. al.


You are heeby ordered to appear in the Board Room of the Union Pacific Railroad at 1400 Douglas Street, Omaha, Nebraska to answer for your failure to comply with the following Union Pacific Railroad rules: 1.1, 1.1.1, 1.1.3, 2.10 and 6.21.1 due to you allowing a condition that caused an injury to a UP employee on this date. We suggest you bring your union representative as this will result in a Level 5 violation and your immediate termination.

All injuries are preventable, therefor, all "Acts of God", "Acts of Nature" and unforeseen conditions have been probitited and are outlawed by the 49 CFR Part 200. You are also in violation of not having a job briefing to discuss the issue to be able to plan on meeting an unexpected condition. Be reminded that you may not consult "The Oracle of Omaha" since he is the enemy. You are also reminded that "$hit Happens" is not a valid excuse.
