Keeping in mind that it is the taxpayers money that these loons are pouring down the bottomless pit is more aggravating. Believe me. If it was their own personal investment funds and they would have to run it like a for profit business, this would be a whole different story. It will take more subsidy money for mow and operation. Combine this with their grandiose passenger operation component and the amount per year of the taxpayer payment will be astronomical. Remember. The row will have to be upgraded for passenger service from freight service from Windsor to Novato. More millions of taxpayer dollars. The up-grade of the row from Novato to Larkspur Landing will indebt the Golden Gate Bridge District further. Again keeping the Golden Gate Bridge Directors in a cushy job for their political lives and those in the future who are elected to take their place. It's all about a whole lot of people paying for the pork wanted by a few. There are very few who have the bucks to ride the boat from Larkspur to San Francisco and return on a daily basis. The boats and the facilities are a loser for the Bridge District, hence the politicians get to keep their jobs. This is all under the guise of environmental conservation. This is what sells this manure to the voters. Nice little gig they have going. When will the public wake up and throw the bums out?
