SCBT&P has two CF7s, though they might want to keep the extra one available for Olympia Branch summer beach train protect power. Certainly more profit there than in a weekly switch at Watsonville. I imagine they would strike a deal to leave the segment from Del Mar Foods to Casino effectively OOS, while eventually bringing Bay St to Davenport up to Class 1 for excursions.
