Hmm, In that area of UP's Spokane Sub, going northbound the tracks are on a 3 mile long .5% down grade along the side of a hill before reaching the Pack River Bridge and Samuels Siding. The Colburn Rd crossing is right near MP 85, but the track from there to the Pack River is inaccessible.
