Not sure if this is due to problems on other parts of the system, work windows or just coincidence:

Friday, the UP trains seemed to have been up in the afternoon east of La Grande, OR. Saturday, there was a steady parade of trains mid-day west of Hinkle, OR - about 1/2 of them stacks. I did notice the usual 2-3 potash trains often seen in daylight were absent.
