For Richard, the photo labeled " Brooklyn Yard upper center " is actually Union Pacific's Albina Yard & Roundhouse. The bridge pictured is the Broadway Bridge; the North approach tracks for Portland Union Station ( PUS ) are across the Willamette River. Espee's Brooklyn Yard is upstream and a mile or so inland from the Willamette, in the Southeast part of Portland.
