Most of the rape of RR Retirement has already happened to those who have earned RR Retirement and then went on to earn another pension. This happened back in the 80's and 90's with a full bipartisan application of vaseline, in the name of stopping pension "double dipping", or taking money and the benefits you've already contributed to, because you don't really "need" it, since you have also contributed to a second pension?

You will have a portion of the money you contributed to Railroad Retirement stolen by Congress, for doing better later in life in another career that provides a pension, with a reduced Tier I and II amount, regardless of contribution credits, just for having been successful and earning a second pension.

That's right, someone who contributed the same amount as you into RR Retirement will get the full amount, if they didn't earn anything more from another source, but you will get less, it will be reduced (aka stolen), because you have managed to earn a second pension....?
