A tourist run from Eureka to Samoa would certainly be a good start. Alf's right about tourism
not being enough but the area has to start somewhere because at the moment there's very little
reason for Eureka to exist. The forest to the East is going to be a complete mess in 30 years if
no timbering or management is done and with any luck the freaks blocking it will either die off
by then or be replaced by a more balanced population.
