It was my understanding that the SD-45 and the tunnel motor stayed on the rails. Hulcher should be there by now. Could be a costly mess in more ways than one, as I was told last year that the Co-load trains had to be delivered to the BNSF in Cheney by a certain time or EWG has to pay a penalty for being late. Can someone verify that?
