This is part of the "Station Host" program that started in Emeryville, and spread to Martinez and Sacramento.

Roy Gabriel(see other posts) was a Station Host in Sacto. I used to do this kind of thing when the Capitol Corridor first began. A very worthwhile thing to do if you've got the time and energy.
