Hmmm ... even though RT never said anything about it, that's probably a major reason why they never allow the public aboard their historic streetcar. It doesn't work with the wheelchair platforms at light rail stops. So they just parade back and forth through downtown (or around the yard) with a select group willing to sign the usual waivers aboard.
