What everyone has missed is that urinating on the 3rd rail didn't actually cause the death. Falling down and coming in contact with both the 3rd rail and running rails did, and the result will be the same whether falling down is attributable to accident, innate clumsiness, or an alcohol-induced diminishment of physical coordination. Besides, the "urinating on 3rd rail=death" legend was disproved by the Mythbusters at least 12 years ago.
