The link here will take you to a wikipedia article regarding the case of a Korean who was electrocuted by pissing on the 3rd rail-------->CTA.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the man's wife managed to convince the court that the CTA was guilty in part, for failing to have signs, in Korean, warning of the dangers of urination on the tracks/3rd rail.
