You need to work on your comparisons. Someone walking down unused railroad tracks isn't the same thing as someone setting up a meth lab in a residential neighborhood. Although I did chuckle at the thought of someone setting up a meth lab on the La Selva beach trestle, which is the only thought your post evoked.
