So you're saying the City owns the tracks, OK. When did they acquire ownership? The only new tracks built were to serve a propane unloader. The great BNSF basically gave Kingman the track. That way, the BNSF can honestly say they were not cutting jobs 'on the property' and labor loses...again! First step to getting rid of their own employees, but profitting from the business. Just another small step towards gutting good American jobs and replacing them with piss-poor work conditions.
Certainly some douchebag got a nice bonus (bone-us) for being a coward sellout. They probably should have given the whole friggin' mainline to the Chinese.
