Various Delays For Amtrak's Southwest Chief

Train 3 that departed Chicago on May 04 had a series of delays as it made its way toward Los Angeles.

Between Williams Jct. and Kingman AZ, (143 miles), the train suffered a 1' 15" delay.

Anyone know what happened?
