What the PowerPoint actually said was that "Iowa Pacific is the only one operating a passenger
> train on a Class 1 Railroad". The statement was on a page referring to the possibility of trains to San Francisco.
Iowa Pacific is operating passenger trains at the Saratoga & North Creek line that run on Canadian Pacific tracks for a portion of the trip. That is what the Class 1 passenger reference is about. Check the slide discussing the Saratoga & North Creek operation.
