U.S. routes leading to the Canadian border are pretty quiet right now, except for local traffic. UP still has Hinkle-Spokane trains running, (with several international trains parked along that route), but the UP north of Spokane is really dead, seeing just locals and work trains. MRVET currently parked on the Coeur d'Alene branch, empty grain parked at Trentwood (east of Spokane).
