I agree with you about the Patriot Act. However, I don't read about Mitt Romney making this a major issue in his campaign against Obama.

I have a different view of the Second Amendment under Obama. I voted for Obama because I think previous presidencies and Congresses catered too much to Second Amendment so-called rights. Much to my disappointed, Obama signed legislation allowing guns in National Parks and to be checked on Amtrak trains. Right before the Novembwer 2008, the National Rifle Association had plastic sleeve advertisements placed on newspapers implying that Obama was going to crack down on gun ownership. That, to my disappointment, didn't happen. Can I sue to the NRA for false advertising?
