Introducing gun legislation in Barry's first term would have been political suicide expect to see Gun legislation in a second term if there is a second term. The NRA has been saying that all along. Gun possession in N.P. and trains was just blowing smoke up our arse's.
The right to bear arms is not the issue. The issue is the fact that banning one right will lead to the loss of many more rights akin to slowly taking pieces out of an apple. An example is right to free speech is also being slowly stripped away. And for those of us who cherish the bill of rights and the Constitution we can not allow this to happen as these documents are what make America the greatest country to live in. With out it we are not America the land of the free.....end rant
