BGCM power?

I noticed in the current Trains, a photo of the Bountiful Grain & Craig Mountain (BGCM) GP-30 operating on the newly formed Ozark Valley Railroad, in Mexico, Missouri.

Is the BGCM leasing power from Watco out of Lewiston or is the GP-30 back?
