both railroads are owned by Mike Williams of richmond missouri not kansas. There are two gp30s owned by the bgcm. The 2404 works out of lewiston. The 3003 out of mexico, mo. When the ovr gets there own power that is being shopped right now in KC then the 3003 will go to idaho. The ovr has a pair of gp9's. This is his only railroad project with watco. He is also half owner of the iowa river railroad in eldora iowa.
