I do not know about the direct effect on trains from this crash.
The one certain effect is the blockage of the
Amtrak CONNECTING BUSES from the San Joaquin trains at Bakersfield to the LA Basin.
I imagine the freight railroads will have major DELAYS in recrewing their trains in the Tehachapi area because of detouring traffic.
