I'm just not able to see a difference in that locomotive's appearance to a "standard issue" UP SD-40. Is it just the guts of the engine and some cosmetic louvered doors that is so odd?

Please explain it to me. Maybe a better pic would help out (that is if anyone would like to share it with us).
