Possibly Trains Magazine's "Amtrak Lackey," Bob Johnston, will weigh in with Mr. Thomas Downs on the unjust treatment of The Rail Baron from Pasadena, CA.

Mr. Claytor would never have allowed such an occurrence to happen to a former Passenger Train Journal staffer. An investigation would have been convened as to why The Rail Baron was not upgraded to an Amtrak deluxe bedroom and comped the wine. At least he was permitted to continue his Amtrak voyage.
