Huh?? I've used "perusal" for years, so I looked it up to make sure I haven't been using it improperly. I haven't been. Here is the online definition:

I peruse Altamont Press every few days, just as I peruse other websites. Why does that word have to be reserved for something used by journalism students? That makes no sense.
