Mike that is a legal use. Why do trail folks keep lying to the public, by using the $4 million figure? That is incorrect for two reasons. One is the roadbed needs work, and it was stated the $4 million does not include this. It also does not include the cost of a new trail easement, as though the railroad was never there. That send reason is due to the fact the rails to trails has suffered an unbroken string of defeats in the courtroom.
