On the same (kind of) subject, do the ways that the radiators get cooled differ between GE and EMD? I heard that EMDs pulls the air through the radiators to cool them, and GEs push the air to cool. Is there any advantage to either technique? I would think that placing the fan before the radiator would keep the fan motor cooler, and thus less prone to breakdown.
