Bruce, etc:

Amtrak #8 was held just east of Monroe, Washington due to trees down on the ROW.. It was about 10pm or so that two crews who trains meet at Berne talked about Amtrak and a detour train (M-EVEPAS)that were held at Monroe for MOW to clear the tracks.. Imagine it was about 1am or so that it arrived into Wenatchee.. It seems that the Amtrak website won't provide a time it got into Wenatchee for yesterday's train.. Also, I don't know why the EB had a green SD40-2 on point.. All I have to say is Amtrak better get some better power or repair what they have at Beech Grove, IN shops..
