BNSF business cars on this morning's Builder

Wife saw an interesting thing on the back end of this morning's (3 hour late) westbound Empire Builder as it came through Wenatchee this morning. BNSF #66 Cajon Pass, #28 Mountain View, #10 Lake Superior and #4 Missouri River trailed behind the regular train. Anyone know where they're going?
