The speeders also come out on the Oregon Pacific for the annual "Holiday Express" excursions in December. They usually make a trip out onto the line between the steam train runs.

One Portland-area speeder owner even set his machine up with a pair of lighted "reindeer" decorations...it looks really neat at night all lit up.
