You should go inside carbarn 1 on a cool night around 2 AM. With any cars left open, the interiors look like they've been in a steam bath what with all the moisture which collects on the interior surfaces (windows, varnished surfaces, and so on).

"Building codes", HAH. That's a totally new excuse for non-action. Given what happened recently, I'm surprised you're defending them.
