This was on CNN the other day. The guy doing it is a big-whig (COO or something) at the railroad. He was imitating the REAL "excited train guy" who put up a YouTube video of a UP Heritage Unit. You can search on YouTube to find that one---he gets a tad excited about a Heritage Unit, and this video is a copy of what the kid did. If I can find the CNN story link, I'll post it.
