If the Cruzans had a fit over the smell of creosote on the ties set out along the ROW and made UP cover them with tarps to prevent everyone from getting cancer, how do you think these fine upstanding citizens are going to like a loud smoke belching clanking air-polluting steam engine running through their neighborhoods??? :-)
Of course if it burned grass instead of oil, they might accept it! :-)
