Still at Albina

All three are showing as still being at Albina. They're record is that each one has been placed in Bad Order status and then released following repairs at least twice, including one time for underframe and sill issues. Currently, they're shown as being held for a Mechanical Light Weigh, but I suspect there's other issues, too.
